This mod allows pregnant Sims to know the gender of their baby and whether their pregnancy is multiple by getting an ultrasound scan at the hospital. To select this interaction Sims must be in the 2 nd or 3 rd of their pregnancy. Once Sims know the gender of their baby, it can't be changed by eating apples or watermelons. The mod has many other aspects that affect sims` reproductive life. For example, now your sims can be infertile or even die due to complications after miscarriage. This is a great mod for simmers who play with Medieval gameplay or just want to add a little more drama to the game.

It also has other mods in with it, like miscarriages, risky woohoo, killing off your sims and so on, but I have not tested any part of the mod EXCEPT child support, so use at your own risk since it hasn't been updated since 1.50 I think.
