Audio Crackle Removal



So, i got this weird crackling audio when i plug in my Razer Ripsaw into my pc, but the crackling only start when i activate my capture card. Also i've tried changing the usb port and install a powered usb hub and it seems the crackling won't go away.
and as you can see in here the cpu is not so high, and also the rest
Idk what to do again, and confused at the same time. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Step 1

Open Audacity, click “File” and “Open” and locate the file you want to fix.

Click “Play” and locate the section with the metallic, tin-like sound. Once you have located the section, click “Stop”

The metallic, tin-like sound you may hear in your audio is an unwelcome annoyance. All audio editing platforms like Audacity, Adobe Audition, and AVID have tools to help, but it’s not a sure fix. In Audacity, which is a free open source audio recording and editing. Audio popping/crackling & lip sync issue Roku streaming stick+ here (with a 4 year old Vizio barely-smart TV and Sonos speakers) but I think it's a Roku-wide issue from other posts. Today I noticed substantial audio/lip sync lag with YouTube.

Step 4

Click “Edit” and select “Equalization”

Step 5

In the Equalization dialogue box, double-click around 8 kilohertz on the equalization line to insert a plot mark

Step 6

Double-click on 7 kilohertz and 9 kilohertz to create two more plot marks

Step 7

Click and hold the 8 kilohertz plot mark and drag the mark down do the -24 dB level. The equalization line should look like a flat line with a dip near the end

Step 8

Click “Preview” to review how much you’ve reduced the sound

Step 9

Drag the bottom plot mark to the left if you can still hear a “high-pitched” metallic sound. Drag this mark to the right if you can still hear a “low-pitched sound.

Step 10

You can further narrow the field of equalization by dragging the top-left plot mark a little to the right and the top-right plot mark a little to left.

Step 11

Once you are happy click “OK” to save
