I need a needle/seat for the carb. It shows up on the parts fish, but no one has it in stock. My question is, is this part common to other atvs and if so, maybe an idea as to which ones or where to look. The carb is a mikuni26mm I believe. A service manual for you KLT 110 can usually be found on Ebay. Since you have the head off, you should change your valve seals anyway, but you will need a new head gasket so at least get a top end kit. Feel free to email me with any questions you may have. I dont have a seervice manual, but own two (2) KLT 110's.:-D.
